Before 14 Hearts Healthcare Agency was a business, it was a family doing everything they could to care forsomeone they loved.
Our founder experienced firsthand what so many families go through when a parent, grandparent, or lovedone becomes ill and needs support at home. In those moments, families are not just looking for help. Theyare looking for someone they can trust. Someone who will walk through the door with patience, respect,and compassion. Someone who understands that care is personal.
During her mother’s final illness, our founder saw the difference that the right caregiver can make. She alsosaw how hard it can be to find care that feels human — care that does not treat people like appointments,tasks, or numbers, but like mothers, fathers, grandparents, neighbors, and loved ones.
That experience stayed with her.
After her mother’s passing, she felt called to build something better for other families. Not just anotherhome care agency, but a place built on heart, dignity, trust, and the belief that every person deserves to becared for with the same tenderness we would want for our own family.
That calling became 14 Hearts Healthcare Agency.
